Buyers include cities, counties, higher-education institutions, school districts, police and fire departments, federal agencies, and other public-sector entities. Pass one or more `attribute` query parameters (each a BuyerField key, the same keys `getBuyerSchema` documents) to select what to return, or omit `attribute` entirely to get every available attribute. The response `buyerData` maps each requested key to its value (JsonNull when the attribute is unset).
