# Contract Vehicle Access

> Skip months of procurement through pre-approved contract vehicles buyers already use.

Starbridge handles onboarding, quoting, and transaction support. **There’s no cost to onboard, no minimum volume, and you only pay when a deal transacts.**

## A faster path to public-sector procurement

Contract vehicles let public-sector buyers purchase from you without running a new competitive solicitation.

Traditionally, getting access through major resellers can take months to years —and once onboarded, quoting and support can still be slow. Starbridge gives you a faster path to the same purchasing vehicles, with hands-on support from onboarding through transaction.

## Who qualifies?

The awards we work through are primarily for **technology products and services**, including:

## FAQs:

### How much does it cost?

There’s no cost to onboard, no listing fee, and no minimum volume. You only pay when a deal transacts through Starbridge.

Your GTME will confirm your transaction rate. Rates decrease as transaction volume grows, with additional benefits tied to volume.

### Will our pricing be public?

It depends on the contract vehicle.

* **Not public:** OMNIA Partners, Sourcewell, and TIPS do not publish your line-item pricing.
* **Public:** Texas DIR, GSA, CMAS, and NASPO ValuePoint publish pricing.

If public pricing is a concern, let your GTME know and we’ll recommend the right vehicles to start with.

### Can we change our pricing later?

Yes. Price decreases and new products can be submitted at any time. Price increases require 30 days’ written notice. Changes take effect on the contract vehicle’s next submission cycle, typically every 2–4 weeks.

### Can we use Starbridge for renewals and multi-year deals?

Yes. Contract vehicles can support new purchases, renewals, and multi-year agreements, subject to the applicable vehicle and buyer requirements.

### How long does it take to get access?

Timing depends on each cooperative’s submission cycle. Once your documents are complete, we’ll submit them in the next available window.

<Tip>
  **OMNIA Partners, Sourcewell, and TIPS** cover most customer deals and are typically the fastest to access. Add other vehicles when a specific buyer or deal requires them.

We also support **California CMAS, DGS, NASPO ValuePoint, Virginia VITA, Massachusetts ITS68, and federal vehicles.** See the latest vehicle availability [starbridge.ai/contract-vehicle](https://starbridge.ai/contract-vehicle) or ask your GTME.

If your buyer requires a vehicle we don’t currently support, let us know. We can help identify other purchasing paths and use customer demand to prioritize which vehicles we add next.

<Note>
  **Already have a live deal but aren’t listed yet?** Bring it to us early. We can check whether your buyer can use a faster vehicle, and in some cases start quoting while your listing is still pending.
</Note>

### What if we already work with another reseller?

There’s no exclusivity. Many customers use Starbridge to supplement their existing reseller coverage.
