Overview

This release ships two major updates to how builders create and organize Bridges. You can now describe your target buyers, signals, and opportunities in plain language and Starbridge will launch a Search Agent to power your Bridge. And once you have Bridges, you can keep your workspace clean and easy to navigate by organizing Bridges into folders and sharing curated sets with your reps.

New bridge building flow

About Search Agents Bridges are created by Search Agents that you configure. When configuring a Search Agent, you define the set of accounts you want it to search over, the types of signals it should look for, and scoring guidance on what makes a strong match. Once set live, the Agent continuously scrapes the web for new signals that meet your criteria. The Bridge is the resulting set of relevant signals it has found. What builders experience

  1. Describe your target buyers, signals, and opportunities in plain language and Starbridge will launch a Search Agent to power your Bridge.
  2. From there, you can customize your Search Agent by adjusting buyer and signal filters, refining scoring and match criteria, and previewing signals before launching.
  3. Once your Bridge is live, the Search Agent automatically finds qualified signals that meet your criteria
This is now available for Meetings, RFPs, Contracts & POs, and Conferences Bridges. No action is needed for your existing Bridges, as these types have already been upgraded to the new experience. Every Bridge created through the new flow includes three default enrichment columns: Match score, Score explanation, and Summarized relevance. These are visible to both builders and consumers. Job Changes, Custom Web Signals, Contact, and Buyer Bridges continue to use their current creation flows. What your reps experience Every signal the Search Agent surfaces now comes with a relevance score and a plain-language explanation of why it matched. Reps can triage their feed faster and act on what matters most.

Bridge folders

What builders experience Keep your workspace clean and easy to navigate. Builders and admins can now group Bridges into folders by type, vertical, account, team, or any workflow structure that fits your org. Search on the bridges page surfaces bridges inside folders and unassigned Bridges together, so you don’t need to know which folder a Bridge lives in to find it. What consumers experience Consumers see the folder structure, but only for folders that contain Bridges shared with them. Folders with only inaccessible bridges aren’t visible. This makes it straightforward to share a curated set of Bridges with a team without exposing your full catalog. Get started The new Search Agent configuration flow is available now from the Meetings, RFPs, Purchases, and Conferences pages. Bridge folders are available now on the Bridges page for all builders and admins. Consumers will see the folder view automatically for any Bridges already shared with them. Feel free to reach out to your CSA with any questions.
