Overview

Three workflow upgrades just shipped, all aimed at reducing friction between finding a signal and acting on it. The headliner is our new Starbridge Chrome Extension, which puts buyer profiles and Ask Starbridge in any tab your reps already work in. Alongside it, we shipped two upgrades to outbound email workflows: a new Open in mail button that pushes Starbridge-generated emails directly into Gmail, Outlook, or your default mail app, and a smarter Personalized Outbound Email column that can now draft entire emails for you and supports rich text formatting.

Chrome Extension

The Starbridge Chrome Extension is now live on the Chrome Web Store. It puts buyer profiles, contacts, signals, and Ask Starbridge directly into your Chrome browser so it’s one click away on any page. Now your reps can pull Starbridge context into the workflow they’re already in, instead of switching tabs and context. When a rep visits a known buyer’s website or LinkedIn page (coming next week!), the extension detects the account from the URL and auto-loads the matching buyer profile. When the page doesn’t match or the rep wants to look up a different account, search is always available. Ask Starbridge is also built into the Chrome extension, with the current buyer’s context applied automatically. When a rep opens the extension on a buyer’s website or LinkedIn page, they see the same buyer profile they’d see in the Starbridge web app: Buyer Summary, contacts, signals, and key attributes. No new model to learn — just the buyer page they already use, in Chrome.

A few concrete workflows this opens up for your team:
  • Pre-call prep on the prospect’s own site. A rep prepping for a meeting opens the prospect’s website and gets contacts, signals, and a Buyer Summary in the same tab - no toggling to Starbridge to load context.
  • Qualifying inbounds in real time. When an unfamiliar account name shows up in a rep’s inbox, opening that account’s site auto-loads the buyer profile and tells them whether it’s worth a fast follow-up.
  • Working territory while researching. Reps reading news articles, RFP portals, or LinkedIn pages can pull Starbridge context the moment they need it - without breaking their research flow.
  • Drafting outbound from the source. A rep on a school district’s strategic plan page can ask Starbridge to draft an email referencing the plan, with the buyer context already wired in.

Open in mail - one-click send to Gmail, Outlook, or your default mail app

Any email Starbridge generates now has an Open in mail button that drops the email straight into your reps’ mail client of choice - recipient, subject line, and email body all pre-populated. No more copy-paste between Starbridge and Gmail. The button shows up everywhere your reps work with Starbridge-generated emails: in Ask Starbridge, on signal cards in the Feed, and inside Bridges. The first time a rep clicks it, they choose their preferred email client (Gmail, Outlook, or the default mail app on their machine and from then on, every Starbridge email opens in that client by default. They can switch later if they need to.

For RevOps and sales managers: this closes the last gap in the “signal to sent email” loop. Reps that previously bailed out at the copy-paste step - or sent worse emails because they didn’t bother - now have a frictionless path from a generated email to an actual outbound send.

Personalized Outbound Emails Updates

Two upgrades to the Personalized Outbound Email column in bridges: AI can now draft the whole email for you. Previously, you had to compose every email from scratch - typing static copy, inserting variables, and writing AI snippet prompts one piece at a time. You can still do that, but you can also now skip straight to a working draft: tell Starbridge what the goal of the email is (book a meeting, reactivate a closed-lost account, follow up after a conference) and any other guidance, and Starbridge generates the full first draft with static copy, variables, and AI snippets included. Edit from there. For most use cases, this turns email column setup from a multi-step build into a single prompt and a quick polish.
Image
The email editor now supports rich text formatting. Builders can apply bold, italic, underline, and bulleted lists, in addition to the hyperlinks.

Together, these change who can build a high-quality outbound email column. A builder who previously needed to spec out every snippet prompt can now describe the email in a sentence, get a working draft, and refine - making it realistic to spin up email columns for more bridges, more campaigns, and more segments without it eating an afternoon each time.
