Overview

Even after a buyer picks your solution, procurement can add months: a new competitive solicitation, a long legal negotiation, or a reseller that is slow to onboard you. Starbridge can now act as your channel partner, so your buyers can purchase through pre-approved contract vehicles they already use, including Sourcewell, OMNIA Partners, TIPS, and NASPO. Onboarding starts in the new “Co-op vehicles” tab. There is no cost to onboard, no listing fee, and no minimum volume. You only pay when a deal transacts through Starbridge.

What you’ll find in the new tab

A new “Co-op vehicles” tab appears under Procurement in the left navigation.
  • Available vehicles. Browse the SLED and federal contract vehicles you can access through Starbridge, with a typical onboarding timeline for each. You onboard once to access available vehicles.
  • Guided onboarding. Click “Start Onboarding” to review the Distribution Agreement, complete the contract vehicle forms (collected once), and upload your EULA. We review everything, submit your package to the vehicles, and you go live once approved.
  • A direct line to us. Not sure which vehicles fit your buyers? Use “Get in touch” and we’ll analyze and recommend the best contract vehicles for your buyers.

Get started

Open “Co-op vehicles” in the left navigation and click “Start Onboarding”. For who qualifies, how the process works, and vehicle-by-vehicle timelines, see Contract Vehicle Access. Your GTME can confirm eligibility and help you pick the right starting vehicles.
