A faster path to public-sector procurement
Contract vehicles let public-sector buyers purchase from you without running a new competitive solicitation. Traditionally, getting access through major resellers can take months to years —and once onboarded, quoting and support can still be slow. Starbridge gives you a faster path to the same purchasing vehicles, with hands-on support from onboarding through transaction.Who qualifies?
The awards we work through are primarily for technology products and services, including:Software and SaaS
Any software or subscription platform, in any vertical — edtech, govtech, public safety, transit, health, finance, facilities.
Cloud and infrastructure
Hosting, storage, compute, managed cloud, data platforms.
Cybersecurity
Security software, monitoring, identity, compliance tooling.
IT-related services
Implementation, training, integration, support, and professional services — especially attached to a software offering.
Hardware bundled with software
Appliances, sensors paired with a platform, devices that don’t function without their software. We list hardware and software as separate lines.
Tech-enabled offerings
If technology is the core of what the buyer is paying for, it’s worth a conversation even if your category sounds unusual.
How the process works
1
Sign the Distribution Addendum
Review and sign the addendum to your existing Starbridge agreement.
2
Select contract vehicles
Choose the vehicles you want to onboard onto. We recommend starting with OMNIA, Sourcewell, and TIPS. You can always add additional vehicles later on.
3
Submit onboarding documents
Provide your price list, EULA, product description, and any vehicle-specific requirements. Templates are available in the onboarding flow.
4
Get approved
We submit your package to the cooperatives. Each one has its own submission cadence, which is what drives the timeline. See FAQs below for details.
5
Start transacting
When you have a live deal, Starbridge handles the quote and transaction through the appropriate vehicle.
FAQs:
How much does it cost?
There’s no cost to onboard, no listing fee, and no minimum volume. You only pay when a deal transacts through Starbridge. Your GTME will confirm your transaction rate. Rates decrease as transaction volume grows, with additional benefits tied to volume. Will our pricing be public?
It depends on the contract vehicle.- Not public: OMNIA Partners, Sourcewell, and TIPS do not publish your line-item pricing.
- Public: Texas DIR, GSA, CMAS, and NASPO ValuePoint publish pricing.
Can we change our pricing later?
Yes. Price decreases and new products can be submitted at any time. Price increases require 30 days’ written notice. Changes take effect on the contract vehicle’s next submission cycle, typically every 2–4 weeks. Can we use Starbridge for renewals and multi-year deals?
Yes. Contract vehicles can support new purchases, renewals, and multi-year agreements, subject to the applicable vehicle and buyer requirements. How long does it take to get access?
Timing depends on each cooperative’s submission cycle. Once your documents are complete, we’ll submit them in the next available window.
We also support California CMAS, DGS, NASPO ValuePoint, Virginia VITA, Massachusetts ITS68, and federal vehicles. See the latest vehicle availability starbridge.ai/contract-vehicle or ask your GTME.
If your buyer requires a vehicle we don’t currently support, let us know. We can help identify other purchasing paths and use customer demand to prioritize which vehicles we add next.
Already have a live deal but aren’t listed yet? Bring it to us early. We can check whether your buyer can use a faster vehicle, and in some cases start quoting while your listing is still pending.
