We collect RFPs and RFIs in three different ways:
  1. We work through third-party aggregators that give us access to tens of thousands of sites daily to monitor for new postings every day. This includes Third-Party Hosted Portals, Municipality-Hosted Procurement Portals, Municipality Website Systems and Procurement Portals. We generally post new bids within 24–48 hours of the agency making them available.
  2. We integrate with third-party partner portals that make their bids accessible to us. These can have longer delays — as we are reliant on the underlying portal to make the information available to us — but in general we don’t get information any slower than any other source (and almost always same week).
  3. We run custom web searches over the web daily to identify RFPs, RFIs, or grants that have been published in an unconventional data source (i.e., newsletter, website outside of a portal).
We are pulling from all major State, Local government & Education aggregators and major Federal data sources. Additionally, we can track pre-RFP intent with meetings, custom web signals (i.e., for grants or pre-postings), contract expirations, and more. At any given time we could have between 35k and 80k+ SLED-focused RFPs available within the platform.
