Starbridge monitors SAM.Gov for new bids and provides best-effort coverage of GSA eBuy, capturing all types of RFXs, Special Notices, and IFBs. Some procurement channels have limited visibility: the Navy’s Seaport-e IDIQ uses a private acquisition portal with reposting restrictions, while procurements under IDIQs like Homeland Security’s Eagle II are distributed via direct email to contract-holders. Additionally, we do not track classified solicitations, as these are not publicly accessible and require specific security clearances.

Contracts and Purchases

We track all federal IDVs (Indefinite Delivery Vehicles), Definitive Contracts, and Orders through USAspending.gov, the government’s official source for publicly available federal procurement data. While we capture comprehensive contract metadata, the actual contract documents are not available for most awards. To obtain these documents, you can initiate a FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) request through Starbridge. Starbridge continuously monitors contract activity, tracking modifications such as new funding obligations and changes to scope of work. Our system syncs hundreds of contract updates per minute to ensure you have the latest information.
