Our RFP writer uses AI to generate drafted answers to RFP questions. The first step of setting up the RFP writer is to provide context on the content that drives the responses. We recommend to provide the RFP writer with as many historical RFP responses, equivalent sales questionnaire responses or Q&A answer banks as possible - to ensure that answers stay grounded in your context.

Organizing Your Source Files With Tags

Tags help you organize and segment your RFP source files so that our RFP Writer can generate more accurate, relevant responses—especially if your company supports multiple product lines, customer segments, or use cases. You can create tags to represent different offerings, industries, regions, or any other way your content is logically grouped. Select “Tag Library” to view tags your team has already created or to create a new tag. Clean Shot 2026 02 06 At 15 23 28@2x Clean Shot 2026 02 06 At 16 05 16@2x

When to Use Tags

Tags are especially helpful if:
  • You have multiple product lines or modules
  • Your offerings vary by industry, market, or customer size
  • You’re uploading large volumes of source material and need better organization
Using tags ensures your source library stays structured—and helps the RFP Writer deliver responses that are grounded in the right content every time.
