GOAL 1: IDENTIFY BUYERS AND OPPORTUNITIES

“Help me find the right buyers or opportunities” Applies to: Lead generation, product-market fit analysis, competitive intel.

If there is a specific solution or product they describe they want to procure to address criteria, please compose a 2 sentence summary of what solution they are looking for and why. Otherwise please return “No solution discussed”.

GOAL 2: ENRICH CRM or CONTACT DATA

“Give me more complete buyer profiles” Applies to: CRM enrichment, sales intelligence, list building.

Format and validation criteria for response: first display the calculated population score (0,1,2,3). under the number, please describe the reasoning for the response.
I want to know if potential buyers are discussing existing contract value with competitors	Meetings	Please return the contract value of a contract that `{Buyer Name}` has with list of competitors as discussed in `{Meeting}`. If there is no mention of a contract value, please return “N/A”. If there is mention of contract value, just return the monetary value of that contract.

GOAL 3: UNDERSTAND BUYER NEEDS

“What is this buyer trying to solve?” Applies to: Message personalization, sales enablement, solution fit assessment.

Meetings	Your task is to create an one sentence ‘challenge’ statement based on the contents of `{Email Snippet}`. For example, if the `{Email Snippet}` mentions one of the institution’s strategic initiative is to improve student retention, the challenge should be “Have to imagine proactively identifying student risk is a major challenge right now.” Make sure the challenge is relevant to an area of focus or issue that could be solved by partnering with COMPANY NAME, which provides COMPANY PRODUCT. Do not repeat the same phrase, such as proactively, in each row. Make sure it is specific to the `{Meeting}`.
I want to know if any of my Buyers recently received grant funding	Any	Use the `{Buyer URL}` to search for any grants the school district has applied for or received in the last 2 years (from 2023 to present). Focus on grants that could be relevant to COMPANY PRODUCT. Return a brief 3-sentence summary including any source URLs and summarized findings.
I want to know if there is any recent news regarding issues to my industry/product that the Buyer has experienced recently	Meetings	Please check to see if there is any news over the last 12 months regarding `{Buyer Name}` and criteria. First check `{Buyer URL}` to see if they mention any recent issues or concerns related to criteria. Also check any relevant news sites for mentions of `{Buyer Name}` in `{Buyer State Code}`criteria that have left them concerned and needing to act now. Limit your answer to 3 sentences. If you cannot find any relevant information, simply reply “N/A”. Sample response if no relevant information/new: N/A.
I want to know if the district the Buyer is in has dealt with any relevant litigation evidencing a need for specific solutions	Any	Review the District with `{Buyer Name}` and determine if there have been any recent (in the last 3 years) lawsuits related to “criteria 1” or “criteria 2” Do this by searching their website, board meeting minutes, as well as the web. If you find any such mentions, return a 2 sentence max summary of the litigation and the source URL for your findings. If you don’t find any mentions, return “N/A.” If you are unsure, return “Unsure.”

GOAL 4: FIND SIMILAR BUYERS

“Who else looks like this buyer?” Applies to: Market expansion, lookalike prospecting, territory planning.

Then see if there are any institutions that are similar in criteria 1, criteria 2, criteria 3. Please limit your answer to 3 institutions, but provide the reasoning on why they are similar. Limit your reasoning to 1 sentence for each institution that is similar.

GOAL 5: PRIORITIZE BASED ON TIMING

“When should I reach out?” Applies to: Sales prioritization, campaign planning.

I want to write an outbound email specific to the Buyer and referencing pain points, my solution, and a call to action.	Meetings	You are a salesperson at a company, COMPANY NAME, that provides a technology tool called that DESCRIBE VALUE PROPOSITION. You are trying to write a short, compelling email to a `{CONTACT TITLE}` with the goal of scheduling an initial meeting. The framework of your email should follow the following structure: 1. Observation - Review the key information from `{Summarized Relevance}` and write a short sentence that references something you observed or noticed related to the institutions goals, challenges, or initiatives that is causing you to reach out. 2. Problem - Briefly describe the challenge that other high performing institutions first had when trying to implement the goal. 3. Solution - Share quickly and concisely, in plain english without flowery language how COMPANY NAME can help. 4. Call To Action - Introduce a low friction call to action such as “open to learning more?” Other things to consider: Keep the email short. Less than 150 words. Write plainly and concisely. Write like how a person would talk to another person. When referring to specific college or university names, use informal names or abbreviations, e.g. University of Hawaii Hilo should be UHH, or Montana State University, MSU or Montana State. Don’t include a subject line.”
