September 2026: Sequences is generally available

Overview

Starbridge already helps you score and prioritize your TAM, surface timely buying signals, and find the right people to talk to. Sequences is the natural extension: multi-step email outbound, sent from your reps’ own connected inboxes, personalized for every recipient. Most public sector and education teams run two distinct outbound motions. Starbridge Sequences supports both!

• Scaled plays reach hundreds or thousands of accounts at once (every account that just received new grant funding, or every account where a competitor you’re particularly good at displacing is already present).
• Surgical outreach is the daily rep motion: a rep finds an interesting contact and wants multi-step outreach, fully personalized to them, built on everything Starbridge knows about the account.

What your reps experience

A rep can enroll any contact into a sequence, whether from their feed or from Ask Starbridge. Starbridge generates the messages for that contact, grounded in that buyer’s signals and account context. They can workshop the copy in chat or edit it directly, then enroll the contact in the multi-step sequence sent from their own inbox. Every rep connects their own Gmail or Outlook inbox to send.

What builders experience

Point a sequence at a Bridge, choose a template (job changes, meeting mentions, personalized outbound, and more), and Starbridge generates personalized outbound for every contact in it. Happy with the content? Put your outbound on rails: turn on live updates and Starbridge automatically enrolls new contacts as your Bridges find them, so warm meeting leads or fresh job changes are enrolled in personalized outbound the moment they surface, without anyone on your team lifting a finger.

What admins experience

Every sequence respects your blocklist, so do-not-contacts never get an email. Exclusion lists help you keep out current customers, or accounts you’ve recently outbounded. Sequences also logs every email sent via Starbridge back to your CRM, so everything lives in your reps’ source of truth.

Pricing and usage

Sequences is a paid add-on module. Without the module, your organization gets a limited amount of free usage. Contact your GTME or support@starbridge.ai to learn more about pricing or to increase your usage limits.

Get started

Reps should connect an inbox first, then try enrolling a contact! Builders can build a Bridge-based sequence for a scaled play, or a Team sequence for reps to run themselves.
