A Contacts Bridge lets you find and enrich contacts across the accounts you care about. Once enriched, contacts can be synced directly to Salesforce or HubSpot. There are two ways to use a Contacts Bridge depending on whether you’re starting from scratch or working from an existing list.

Search contacts by title

If you know the types of roles you want to reach but don’t have a contact list yet, a Contacts Bridge can surface relevant contacts across every account in a buyer list. Define your target job titles and the buyer list you want to search across, and Starbridge returns verified contacts for each buyer.

Enrich an existing contact list

If you already have a list of contacts, upload it as a CSV and Starbridge will verify existing data and fill in missing data — including emails, phone numbers, current job title, and employment status. This is useful in two cases: Conference and event lists: Enrich an attendee or lead list before or after an event. Use it to prepare outreach ahead of the event — setting up warm introductions or booking calls — or to clean up a post-event list and confirm that contact details are current. Stale CRM contacts: If your team has contacts in Salesforce or HubSpot that haven’t been verified in a while or may no longer be accurate, upload them to Starbridge to confirm and refresh their details.
