Overview
Starbridge now supports champion tracking. Your account executives (AEs) and account managers (AMs/CSMs) can track champions as they get promoted, retire, or change jobs between accounts, so teams can:- reach out at the perfect moment (new role, new budget, new initiatives)
- carry relationship context from a previous account into a new account
- spot when a key champion leaves an active account - catch transition risks early
What’s new
- Track specific contacts over time
- Create a Job Changes Bridge.
- Use it to monitor job changes for a defined list of contacts (your champions) over time.
- Identify departures, title changes, and your champion contacts hired into new accounts.
- Previous Contact
- A column enrichment that shows the person’s prior role. Helps confirm that a new hire job change is the same champion you’ve worked with before.
- Includes the previous employer, title, and email.
- Compatible with CRM Lookup. Includes unique identifiers for the employer, such as Starbridge ID, NCES ID, or GEOIDID.
